Swimming Pool Complete

The Swimming pool at Aruma is now complete!  Landscaping in the pool area is to be completed shortly. Pool furniture will be installed ready for Summer 2012/13.

Tennis Court Complete

The Tennis Court is another fantastic facility that makes Aruma unique. The upgrade is now complete and includes a new court surface, new lighting, fencing and a basketball ring.

We are committed to enhancing the experience of the riverfront for new owners of Aruma.

Burke Urban have a Development Approval to build floating pontoons in the river and for a landscaping treatment that will provide shade and beautiful spaces to sit, relax and observe river activity.

The Magnificent River

Walker Flat is one of the most idyllic and spectacular spots on the Murray River with great red-ochre cliffs making for a magnificent view. Of course it is also rated as one of South Australia's best water skiing locations.

The Riverview House Design

The Riverview is a magnificent home, designed exculsively for Aruma by Burke Urban and award winning designer George Majda. Construction of the Riverview will soon commence on Lot 3 and is For Sale now off-the-plan.
