The proposed Community lots and exclusive Common Areas are depicted on the proposed Community Title Plan.
The Recreation areas and facilities (tennis court, swimming pool, playground) are maintained by the Community Corporation Caretaker for the exclusive use of Community Lot owners and their guests.
The 10 hectares of Common area shown as Hill Slope Vegetation provides fabulous nature walking for those who seek to explore it.
The Community Riverfront Lease Area is maintained for Community Lot owners to enjoy the luxury of riverfront relaxation and water sport activities. The Community Corporation holds an annual licence to occupy this land.
Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are existing two storey Aruma Shacks. Lot 8 is now SOLD.
Lot 3 is the brand new Burke Urban designed river home called the Riverview. This home is now for sale
Lot 4 is the Crows River Retreat. This home has been SOLD.
Lot 10 is known as the front house and is perfectly positioned to take advantage of its proximity to the riverfront and exclusive Open Space and Recreation areas. This house will be for sale in Stage 2.
Lot 11 is the current caretaker residence with its well maintained lawns and gardens centrally located in the development providing easy servicing and security . This house is not for sale as it is leased by the Caretakers from the Community Corporation.
Development Lot 12 is the balance of the Joint Venture land and is zoned for Recreation and Tourism development in accordance with the current provisions of the River Murray Zone and Recreation and Tourism Policy Area of the Development Plan.
